Welcome to Dr. Seung-heon Chris Baek's research group at KIST

Our group develops emerging nanoelectronic materials and devices for post-silicon semiconductor technologies. We focus on spintronic memory, memristive devices, probabilistic computing hardware, chiral and low-dimensional materials, and next-generation interconnects. By combining thin-film growth, nanofabrication, device characterization, and physical understanding, we aim to bridge material-level innovation with practical computing hardware platforms.​
